President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and his Ugandan counterpart President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni Saturday in Kampala, Uganda, called for further expansion of all-out relations between the two nations.
Heading a high-ranking politico-economic delegation, the Iranian President arrived in Kampala Friday on the last leg of his two-nation tour which had already taken him to Zimbabwe.

Tehran and Kampala share identical views on many international developments, President Ahmadinejad said, adding that the two countries can play key roles in world developments.

He also underlined the need to boost economic and cultural relations between the two sides.

For his part, the Ugandan President referred to the Islamic Republic of Iran as an influential country both in the region and in the entire world.

Referring to great potentials in both countries, the Ugandan President called for making use of those potentials in order to further boost bilateral cooperation in all areas.
