IRI, Uganda urge for more trade ties

IRI President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in a meeting with his Ugandan counterpart, Yoweri Museveni discussed expansion of cooperation in regional and international arenas.

The two presidents urged for using current capabilities for consolidation of economic, political and cultural ties between the two countries.

Ugandan President for his part highlighted IRI's position at regional and international arenas and said Uganda seeks fostering relations with Iran in all fields.

Museveni urged for promotion of economic ties between the two countries and said there are many opportunities for boosting economic ties.
