ABIDJAN (Reuters) - Ivory Coast's elections and efforts to start rebuilding and reunifying the country after years of crisis will inflate the 2010 budget by 30 percent to 145.5 billion CFA francs, the finance ministry said on Friday.
The elections are scheduled for October 31 and the process of finalising voter registration started on Friday, the electoral commission announced.
