Egyptian Minister of Transportation submits resignation to President Morsi

Egyptian Minister of Transportation Mohamed Rashad el-Matini submitted resignation to President Mohamed Morsi over the collision between a train and a school bus which killed at least 40 children on Saturday morning, official news agency MENA reported.
