500122 Afran

Armenian Prelacy Archbishop Sebouh Sarkissian in Tehran and a number of Armenian MPs on Monday met and conferred with Ayatollah Mohseni Gorgani, Head of
IRI Supreme Court.
Ayatollah Gorgani said, "Noting that we have a common enemy who tries to isolate us, unity among Muslims and Armenians is very significant in this regard."
"We hope we move towards values and justice and strengthen our common points of view," he said.
Tehran's Armenian Prelacy Archbishop for his part thanked Gorgani and said," I also agree with your comments. Christians and Muslims are the followers of two great divine religions and are fighting injustice in the world.
"Zionism has been our common enemy since a long time," he added.
He pointed that the Christians were the only persons who had signed a friendship treaty with the Messenger of Allah Hazrat Muhammad (S.A.).
"We are aware there are many valuable guidelines about amicability issued by the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) and Imam Ali (AS), the second Shia Imam," Sarkissian added.
